Thanks to “South Broad Street’s vibrant upstart arts scene, the orphaned sculptures from the 1996 Summer Olympics, Elevate, Eyedrum, the Rialto, and some of Living Walls’ more daring murals,” Downtown Atlanta was recently named the best neighborhood for the arts by Creative Loafing.
